Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Baking mix Use your preferred brand
  • ¾ cup Sugar Adjust according to sweetness preference
  • ½ cup Milk For mixing with baking mix
  • 4 cup Blackberries, fresh You can substitute with frozen if needed
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted Adds richness and helps browning
  • ½ tsp Ground cinnamon Optional, for added flavor
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Balances the sweetness

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, sugar, and milk. Stir until smooth and set aside.

  • In another bowl, gently toss the blackberries with lemon juice and cinnamon. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  • Pour the batter into the greased baking dish. Evenly spread the blackberries over the top of the batter.

  • Drizzle the melted butter over the cobbler. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Notes
