  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Adds depth of flavor
  • ½ tsp Paprika For a smoky, slightly sweet taste

  • ¼ tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed, for zest

Optional Additions

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce For a bit of umami flavor
  • 1 tsp Fresh Dill For a touch of freshness

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Toss in the salmon bites and coat them evenly. Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the marinated salmon bites on the lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
    1 lb Salmon fillet
  • Once baked, drizzle with lemon juice for a fresh, tangy flavor. Sprinkle with fresh dill, if desired. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or over a bed of greens.
1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Fresh Dill

Notes

  • You can marinate the salmon for up to 30 minutes if you want an even more intense flavor.
  • If you're short on time, the bites can also be pan-seared on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
